A little bit about my weight loss journey, is that for years I was trying to lose the weight I gained in college. But whenever I tried, I would gain it back over the holidays, vacation or just couldn’t stick with a diet for long. It seemed that the only way I could be slim was to go overboard and not be healthy. And that just wasn't sustainable in the long run.

I spent years figuring out what to eat, how to eat & adjusting my mindset to a healthy whole foods plant based lifestyle. The past 8 years have been completely effortless weight loss maintenance, even through and after 3 pregnancies.

I love helping people reach their goals. Losing weight in a healthy way was something I wanted to do so badly before I found this diet and then all of the mindset and habit changes I went through, in order to make this really effortless and sustainable.
